Jerry Heberling: A life long resident of Racine County, created Maximum Security after being victimized in a home invasion in 1973. His commitment to family and safety has been passed down to Ron Strelow and Tiger Heberling, Jerry’s successors.
Ron Strelow: A family friend, became employed by Max in 1987. Working closely with the Heberling family, Ron inherited the company’s impenetrable values and rock solid commitment to quality and service. Ron’s dedication to the families and businesses it protects continues to this day.
Tiger Heberling: With a bribe of ice cream accompanied his father to a jobsite. Little did Tiger know, at the age of 9, he would start his future as a dedicated employee of Maximum Security. With over 34 years of experience, he continues to enjoy ice cream, execute outstanding customer service and maintain the values started in 1974.
In 2007, Jerry placed the business into the capable hands of Ron and Tiger. The seamless transition has enhanced Max’s commitment to quality products and superior service.
